The BMS6 series automatic circuit breaker is designed to protect electrical circuits from overloads and short circuit currents. Rated current of 40 A ensures protection of consumers in residential and industrial networks. Three-pole design enables simultaneous control of three phases.
Breaking capacity of 6 kA guarantees reliable tripping under fault conditions. Characteristic C defines disconnection conditions: tripping at current 5—10 in during overload mode and at current exceeding 10 in during short circuit mode, which is optimal for protection of circuits with electric motors and transformers.
Power loss of 11.20 W at rated current ensures high efficiency and minimizes heating in distribution boards. The circuit breaker complies with international standards EN 60898-1:2019 and EN 60947-2, confirming its reliability and compatibility with European equipment.
Operating temperature range −40…+75 °C allows the device to be used in various climatic conditions. Compact dimensions (53.4 × 83 × 74.9 mm) facilitate installation in standard distribution boards.
